Upcoming Events in Fourth Grade

Library Wonder Day

Date: January 15th

Time: 10:30-12:10 (parents may come from 11:40-12:10)

What: Students need to read a book at home and DRESS UP like the main character in the book for the wax museum. Need: A poster to set on their desk that includes the following:  Title  Author  Setting  Character traits  1 paragraph summary of the book  1 poem about a character in the book  Be prepared to portray your character-use a note card if needed.

*Students will dress up at school before the wonder day. Please do not have your student come dressed up.

*Print the worksheet off from my blog. Its located under the yearly events tab.

End of the Term

Date: January 15th

Keep in mind the end of the term comes really fast after the holiday break. If you have questions about grades please ask before we leave for the break.

Mountain Man Visit

Date: January 21st

Time: 2:00-3:00

A local mountain man will be coming to visit with the fourth grade. He will be talking about the life style of a mountain man.

Please no parents.
